Description
Lowrance Eagle Tripleshot Skimmer 8 Pin Transducer
Note: this is for Eagle Units only - will not work on Lowrance Hook Reveal
The Lowrance EAGLE TripleShot Transducer runs off an 8-pin plug and a 6 m cable, so it hooks straight into compatible EAGLE sounders on smaller boats. The transom bracket keeps the sonar face below the waterline by roughly 5–8 cm, which helps get cleaner arches when you are trolling at 5–10 knots. The 20 ft lead is long enough for most 4–6 m tinnies and glass boats without needing extra joins.
The housing is a tough plastic body bolted to a metal bracket that takes standard screws of about 4–5 mm diameter. The cable jacket is roughly 5–6 mm thick to handle rubbing through the transom and along the gunwale. The 8-pin connector is around 4–5 cm long, so it fits common dash grommets and glands. The bracket only needs about 10 cm of flat transom space, which suits most Aussie trailer boats.
