Norglass Glue Promoter is a blended lightweight extender for Norglass epoxies, designed to provide a thixotropic glue consistency. It ensures controlled application and improves adhesive properties for bonding and filling surfaces.

Mixing Ratio

Add 60g of Glue Promoter to 750ml of Norsystem resin base, then add 250ml of Fast or Slow Hardener. Mix thoroughly using a variable speed drill with a paint stirrer until fully blended before applying.

Application

Apply with a trowel or flat-bladed knife onto the prepared surface. Spread bulk mass onto a palette if needed for easier application.

Precautions

Wear gloves, goggles, and a mask when mixing. Avoid inhaling dust. In case of eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor if irritation persists. For skin contact, wash thoroughly. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; drink water or milk.

Special Instructions

Do not vary the ratio of Norsystem Resin base to Slow or Fast Hardeners. Always maintain a 3:1 volume ratio (Resin base : Hardener).
