The original Trudesign ball valve comes with a lever, but space in our boat is tight so we changed them to this T handle configuration. Seem very well made - we bought the whole system (skin fittings, ball valves, weight collar and hose tails) - all very solid and made in NZ which is a plus. No indication of longevity yet but so far, so good.
